I just wanted to share a quick story in case anyone else came across a similar nuance. This maybe very common for those who are familiar with blogs, but for those who are not, or at least not familiar with using Blogger I'll share my story.
After working on creating a feedburner and RSS subscription widget for a little while, I viewed my blog and noticed these edit tools at the bottom of all my widgets. Of course since I assumed someone was stealing my identity or better yet, hacked my blog and could now change and post whatever they wanted my paranoia kicked into high gear haha. Thoughts of socially inappropriate blog posts danced in my head, and by the end of my day dream I was being escorted out the door by the FBI and Boise State kindly asked me to disappear from academia. Fear not though, if you've run into this problem, its actually a tool blogger uses to make editing your blog on the fly much easier. If you're like me and need to see your blog without those quick editing function, clearing your history and "cache" does the trick. Hope this helps anyone who might have had a similar experience.
